Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be up for recreating the house on the below link. Plan calls for 3 bed, 2 1/2 baths, one level and 3 car garage; two car garage will do fine. Also I would love if a stable could be added as well. Fully furnished if you would like or just fixtures. CC is ok. Would love if the sunroom could have Apple's Victoria glass roof. Fully landscaped as well as I'm horrible at it. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Not able to attach a picture, but I have included the web address: http://www.dreamhome...l?from=search#.

Thanks in advance,

rachael

I am attempting to build this for you. Please be patient because I'm pretty picky. Also, if someone else builds it in the meantime that's ok.

Good News: The house is finished. It isn't EXACTLY like the plans, but as close as I could possibly get it. It's gorgeous. I will spend the next few days testing it out with a Sim.

Bad News: The file zipped is 70+ mg - so..........I will have to delete A LOT of stuff. I did get the stable in, the landscaping and the glassed in porch. So even though I wanted so much to show you the furniture too, I guess I'll end up deleting a lot of that too to get the file size down for uploading. :(

Anyways - that roof............interesting, to say the least. It sure doesn't look perfect, but I worked on it off and on for the better part of a week. It is what it is. Can't wait for you to see it - I hope you like it when you finally get it.

Sorry Frisbud - I sure have been doing the newbie mistakes lately. I did go and read the rules and I apologize. Won't happen again.

Anywho - Here is a side by side outside view of the finished product. Like I said the roofing system was quite difficult so doesn't look perfect, but I did the best I could. If there is anyone out there who could give assistance with this roof - let me know.

What does everyone think - good, bad, ugly? (see attached image)

Here's a couple more pictures - I'm having a very hard time figuring out what to delete so what you see now might not be in the final draft.
