As the title says it, I've been trying to submit a wallpaper for several times, but it gets rejected every time. The submission rejection page just says 'Reason: Undefined reason.' It's hard to fix an upload when you don't know what to fix... I've changed the upload, file, image, name, description... Now I'm starting to wonder what else can be changed... wallpapers don't require anything, do they? There just aren't any special instructions for single wall submissions, and a while ago, I managed to upload a set of wallpapers without rejections.

The wallpaper, I created in Paint, works well in my game and hasn't got anything strange. I'd just like to know what is the most common reason behind this mysterious 'undefined reason'.

However, I managed to mess up with the file on my sister's Mac, and it takes time before I get back home re-uploading.

I'll see if I can find someone who can answer these questions now.

The best way to get a reply in a situation like this is to contact the submissions team through the submissions message system. They will get back to you as soon as possible with an answer. :)

I tried uploading 3x but continually got an error message. When I went back to submissions, I saw the upload there 3x. I uploaded the jpg with the exact name of the package file, but still had to manually enter each file name. The upload process is so impossible

Now I see that the upload was rejected for "Undefined Reasons" that I am being asked to correct. Can someone help?
Thanks
Jen

It seems that rejection reasons for Sims 2 creations can't be seen anymore. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.

juhhmi, the problem with your creation is that the preview size was not correct. It should have a 4:3 ratio minimal 800 x 600 and max 1024 x 768, while yours is 600 x 414

Miss Simpleton, your creation also needs previews with the correct size, they need to be uploaded as a set and need ingame previews.

:)

Thank you! I was wondering whether that modified picture could be the reason, but before, I had got the message about wrong picture sizes. However, shouldn't the 256 x 768 preview work with these wallpapers? I did try that at first since if I remember correctly, it had worked before. The format just could have been wrong...
