So I've been looking all over for a weeping angle (the real ones, not the Dr. Who ones) for my cemetary and haven't been able to find one. There are 3 on here that are close and that are really nice, but not quite what I've been looking for and I'm surprised no one has done one. So I'm putting a huge challenge out there for everyone - to create a weeping angel gravestone or statue that resembles this:

Sorry I can't help you with this. Just wanted to say how beautiful I think these monuments are. 
There IS a weeping angel monument for TS3 at EA's store but I realize that doesn't help you. It looks very much like the first one you linked to.
