I see a necklace that I like in-game a lot from World Adventures, you know, the heavy Egyptian-looking one that goes on the shoulders too. Well, when I go to TSRW, I don't see it or any WA clothes. I see things from Late Night, but that's all. I understand that CC will have to be imported if you want to modify it, but shouldn't stuff from expansion packs already be in there? I have every Expansion Pack except Ambitions and no stuff packs, so I should see items from World Adventures, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, and stuff from the base game, but all I see are a few things from late night, pets, and everything from the base game. How do I get stuff from all my other packs in TSRW?

You have to actively tell Workshop which EPs/SPs that you want it to load items from. Go to "Edit ... Preferences," and browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 World Adventures. Do the same for any of your other EPs and SPs.
