I can not start TSR Workshop

I'm new in the site, I download and install either TSR Workshop, but when I start it says "Configuration System Failed to Initialize" and trying to send a bug report says "ERR 2001: Configuration System Failed to Initialize"

I had seen in previous thread with the same problem, but nothing that said help me, would I could help solve it?

my OS is Windows XP (SP3) with 1.75 GB of RAM

the same thing happened to me , but i think you have to update your game first and then install it ?

download the latest version (2.0.43.0) and install it correctly but I still receive the same, thanks for responding. :D :)
