Hello. :)

Today i decided to start submitting again, however is there anything wrong with the submissions area for The Sims 2 as its taking over 15mins to upload all the basic information required for the walls i have just created.

Thanks.

Its taking 30 min's to update a set which only has 8 items in it !!! That's ridiculous and unacceptable !!!!

I cannot even view the items i have uploaded. I attach a JPEG image of what i am seeing.

What is going on ??? Seriously NOT happy. :( :( :(

I am moving this into the Site/Forum Discussion forum. That is where the support staff looks for threads about problems with the site. :)

It's OK. You posted in the Sims2 forums, and I know that this would have gotten buried over there without a look by the people who need to see it. ;)

There are indeed some problems going on in sims 2 submission, although the long uploading time might also be caused by the internet connection or busy time at the website. The site developers are aware of the sims 2 submission problems, and hopefully it can be fixed soon. :)

Hi AnoeskaB, I'm glad that the staff at TSR are aware of the problems with the submissions area. :(
I cannot even open the submissions area today
My internet connection is fine so it must be how busy the site is.

I thought there was something wrong....I've been trying to upload a lot for days now, and I get as far as browsing for the file and preview pics, but then nothing happens...weird.

I've just taken a look, and it seems to be working now. If it doesn't work, please let us know what browser you are using, and what the exact error is you are getting. :)

I am using Internet Explorer 9, and I'm still having the same issue. I've tried using both my laptop and desktop, and I'm having the same problem on both. I am able to enter the description of my lot and all of the details, then I am taken to the browse for files screen, I pick the file and the preview pics....and ....nothing...There is no continue option and nothing happens. I'm sure my file isn't too large and my pics are the correct size.

That is a known issue with Internet Explorer. Untill it's fixed it's best to use a different browswer when submitting Sims 2 creations. :)

Hello. I'm trying to up load a set of walls but keep getting the error message. I'm using Morzilla Firefox not Internet Explorer (as i know there has been issues using this browser but i never use it anyway).

I had the same issue last year but it was resolved due to issues at TSR's end.

Cherry can you set them in File storage in a zip file? I'll see if I can get them up so you can edit. Either way I'll PM you here. Just poke this thread when you have done.

Hi Ricci. Thank you so much for responding, means alot.
Just managed to upload 18 items. 2 sets of 8. Am i ok to submit them like that or do you require more in the set before i click submit.
Typical, 5 days after trying by chance i tried this evening and it worked! Bit slow but worked.
