Where to get Nvidia plug-in *split thread*

Help! It is impossible to get the dds-plugin from nvidia, and I don't know, where else to go.
Is there an other adress to find it?

DDS is an awkward format to work with, TSR Workshop will automatically convert TIFF and PNG bitmaps into DDS upon import. :)
