Creating Pet Accessories

I'm new to this whole thing and creating content no matter how hard I try just seems way to confusing. I wanted to create a chain like pet collar and a bandanna pet collar but I have no clue where to start. Could someone help me or try to create it and see how it turns out? Please and thank you!:)
