Branflake...Is this a contest you are running or are you looking for just one person to help you with this house? I am asking as this particular forum is for building contests. If you just want one person to help you, then I need to move this into a more appropriate forum.

I am going to move this into the main Sims3 building forum -- the Sim A Lot forum. That is just for basic Sims3 building topics. In the Sim A Lot forum we have a few different areas -- the main Sims A Lot forum is for general building questions or requests, the Showrooms area is the place to show off the lots you have built, and the Lots of Challenges and Contests area is the place to post any Sims3 building contests or challenges.

There are a zillion modern houses on this site. I would look at pics at how some of the builders have done theirs and that should give you ideas of where to begin.
