Help uploading :(

Excuse me, but i can't find the Dashboard botton, so i can't upload a sim i've created.
Do i have to be suscribed to be able to upload my stuff?
I logged in yesterday so i'm a noob, sorry

You do not have to be a subscriber to upload to TSR. At the bottom of every page on TSR is a place you can click to submit sims 1 2 or 3. If you are submitting sims 3 sims please read and follow the guidelines here:
