The sims 3 doesn't show any letters and wont load

Hello, I've been having this problem for about a week or two. Every time I open The Sims 3 and click play it opens the "main menu" but it doesn't have any letters in it and the box where you choose the town you want to play is totally blank. It looks like this:

I'm really sorry about an awkward photo of computer screen but when I tried to make a screenshot the picture turned out to be just black. It didn't show anything.

 

I can't turn the game on which makes it impossible to play. There's nothing to click on.

 

I have no idea what caused this problem. I checked my Mods folder and I found out I accidentally placed some random photos in there so i deleted them off the Mods folder. It didn't help. I don't know if the error is caused by some of my CC but it seemed to be okay last time I played the game.

 

I would really appreciate any help.

Please follow these instructions and post the results in here. :)

 

Go to Start > Run and type dxdiag into the box that shows up. Then save all information as a text file and copy and paste the first section under System Information and the fourth section under Display Drivers down to the part where it mentions the date of the driver.
It should look like this:

Thank you for your quick reply  :)  i checked it out and it seemed to be the same code as in a comment you wrote. This is the screenshot of how it looks. Is there anything I overlooked?
