right now this is seemingly way too much trouble just to create a few things....so please help me out, i need info on where to download the transmogriffer or W/E and any info you can give me on a way to use two lots as one, or possibly extend a lot into previously unuseable space allowing the ability to build and such.........
If you can do this for me, expect very interesting objects, and fully furnished homes in the future!

Unfortunately, the newer version of Transmogrifier can only be downloaded from its home site. You can however find the previous version at Gamespot.com and Download.com
As for the lot issue...
You cannot combine two lots into one. Each lot is a stand alone. You cannot alter the overall dimensions of a lot, but you can use either the move_objects cheat to build on the out of bounds areas or the map_edit cheat to make out of bounds tiles playable. You can however rename larger sized lots to any lot location. It will look odd in the neighborhood view, but if you don't mind that's another option for you.
There are also 2 large lots, 00 and 11, that are not used by the game. You can rename those to the particular lot you want them on, but you will have to add the necessary portals in order for it to function properly. You can find instructions on that in this thread .
