A request for a "Florida like" 'Hood

I've been searching for awhile for the perfect hood so I can either make the perfect vacation spot or neighborhood. I haven't decided yet but my main problem is I just don't like the ones that are already out there. I want it to resemble where I come from; Florida. I would try to make it myself but unfortunately I do not have the game to do it or the money to get it. It would be great if someone would please make a small to medium sized hood with beaches on all sides of the peninsular coasts with palms and some other plant life heck why not add a little Lake Ochechobee. Some beach lots would be awesome so I can finally put to use these amazing beach houses I have. It's been weeks and it would be great if I could just build and make a wonderful place happen.
