That isn't free. Simslice is a common shyster and thief. Don't buy any of his charlatan's wares. If you want an energizer, there's already one built into the game itself as an aspirational object, or if you just want to cheat blatantly, there's the Merolian Painting. This stuff is free, made by reputable creators, not shysters and thieves.

There is no need to insult someone who works HOURS AND HOURS on some of his stuff. Do YOU have rain and storms in YOUR sim game? What about a flyable helacopter?
